People won't always appreciate the decisions we make. We apologize, explain, and even feel guilty for good decisions. Apologizing directly or even second-guessing self-talk has several negative outcomes. We lose the peace we could have had and our confidence diminishes. Let's get real and honest and look at six things we can stop apologizing for. We can be adults, trust our decisions, and move forward intentionally without apologizing.
